Hi and thank you for visiting my website !! My real name is Jenny. I live in a small town in Southern Ontario, Canada. I am a Cancer survivor, emotional and physical abuse survivor … and a narcissist survivor. I have been to H*** , burned in the fire, and just like the phoenix … I have emerged through the ashes; gifted a second chance.
I hope that my words encourage you to be your own voice, heal you, and help you embrace your most vulnerable and authentic self. Healing the parts of our stories that are not just ‘sugar, spice, and everything nice,’ is the key to whole wellness. A major part of healing is getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, and owning our ugly, dirty, shameful, and painful parts. If we don’t heal from the inside, we can’t heal on the outside.
