Today’s Thought – The Final Countdown

Today I am on the eve before my FINAL appointment in the MANY follow up appointments, since learning I had stage 4 Colon Cancer in June of 2019. I’ve reached the end of this book, and it was terrible. I don’t recommend it to anyone, and I WILL NEVER read it again. RIP June 2019-April 2025.

Also, the mental strength involved to prep for a procedure like a colonoscopy is uncanny. Each time I’ve had to prep, it’s been awful … but this time is worse. I can hear my stomach. I recognize I’m hungry … and I LOVE FOOD. I’m starving, but can’t eat solid food until mid morning tomorrow. So let me ask, what should I eat as my celebration 🎉 meal? Holy man … IT’S FINALLY OVER!!!
