It’s difficult to disclose past pain, past hurt, past trauma. It’s even more painful when you become consciously aware that you must walk through your personal hell in order to live.
Life isn’t meant to be painful. It isn’t meant to be full of anguish and darkness. It is but a series of lessons, and each day we are tested. How we are graded depends on our own self awareness.
We are souls having a human experience, and not the other way around. Disclosing one’s own personal darkness, means being vulnerable. It means no longer choosing to keep the hell hidden …. afraid of exposure.
